Ensuring that digital financial services — including mobile banking, mobile money (like M-Pesa), online payments, and digital wallets — are accessible to and usable by people with disabilities. Digital financial inclusion is a critical accessibility issue because financial services are increasingly digitized, and inaccessible financial apps and platforms can prevent disabled people from managing their money independently, paying bills, receiving payments, and participating in the formal economy.
