CC/PP
Also known as: Composite Capability/Preference Profiles
A W3C framework for describing device capabilities and user preferences using RDF (Resource Description Framework). CC/PP enables content servers to adapt the delivery of web content based on the characteristics of the requesting device and the preferences of the user, including accessibility needs. In the context of accessibility, CC/PP profiles can specify that a user requires captions, audio descriptions, high contrast, or other accommodations, allowing systems to automatically deliver appropriately adapted content without requiring the user to manually configure each application or website.
